Visum Recruitment are proud to be representing our client, a global leader within the bearings and motion technology industry, who are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.


In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, while strengthening and growing existing customer relationships across your region. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth within the industrial distribution channel, working closely with key partners to promote products and solutions to end users and maximise market share.


Regional Sales Manager Job Overview
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to identify and drive sales-led opportunities, supporting the growth of the industrial aftermarket business through established distribution partners
• Strengthen relationships with key distributors and through regular branch visits, driving engagement and increasing focus on product offering
• Work closely with distributor branch teams to encourage proactive promotion of solutions to end users, increasing product penetration and share of wallet
• Initiate and manage both sales and engineering-led projects, converting major opportunities into long-term aftermarket business
• Collaborate on joint visits with distributor sales teams to win and develop end user opportunities
• Promote asset improvement programmes, demonstrating total cost of ownership and driving incremental sales and brand pull-through
• Deliver product, sector, and application training to internal teams, authorised distributors, and MRO customers to maximise sales effectiveness


Regional Sales Manager Job Requirements
• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within bearings, linear motion, or related industrial components
• Demonstrable experience working within or alongside industrial distribution networks
• Strong understanding of managing complex distributor relationships and routes to market
• Comprehensive application engineering knowledge, with the ability to provide technical solutions
