We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to prepare technical and commercial quotes for extraction and ventilation systems. This role works between engineering and sales to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
About the Role:
Key areas of responsibility
• Responsible for producing quotations in a timely efficient manner.
• Build & maintain relationships with customers and product suppliers.
• Produce AutoCAD 2D drawings if and when required to support the sales efforts
• Report on number of quotations produced and values.
• Work with sales team to ensure cohesion between sales and client.
Qualifications & Experience
• Engineering background
• AutoCAD Experience 2D would be ideal
• Conversant with MS Office Programs
• The ability to explain processes and ideas
• Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels
Working hours will be approximately 40 hours per week over 5 days. The role is 100% office based.
